I agree with Rick. It's unfortunately time for a hard ban of EofT.
This sort of behavior is entirely unacceptable. I have probably made
a big mistake in trying to avoid rebanning him.
This time, what I plan to do is pursue this one aggressively with any
and all ISPs that he tries to use to get around the ban. Who knows
how well that will work, but one of the big issues with EofT is that
he has explicitly said that he intends to violate any ban that I
impose.
