My name is Deborah Fisher, and I first accessed wikipedia in March 2002.
I live in Wales, UK, and my main interests are history and the arts (though my first degree was in French and Latin). My book, "Who's Who in Welsh History", was published by Christopher Davies in 1997 (and is still in print, if you're interested!) One of my novels, "A Broad Church", is available in the USA as a print-on-demand paperback. My second non-fiction book is to be published by the University of Wales Press, probably in 2005. I'd like to thank everyone who supported my nomination for sysop status. I'm also a sysop on the Welsh version of wikipedia, where I now spend as much time as I do in the English version. We have so much to do that my lack of fluency in Welsh isn't a great handicap. If there are any Welsh speakers reading this, get over there - we need you!
Back in the top 50 contributors as of August - and second in the Welsh listings.
I highly recommend both the Shetlands and the Orkneys as holiday destinations.
