Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class

The Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class is a small luxury 2-door roadster. Models include the SLK 230, SLK 320, and SLK 32 (AMG model). The SLK-Class was one of the first of a new generation of cars to feature a folding hard-top (or coupe convertible) body style. The new model runs along simaliar lines but is meant to be more sporty to compete with the Porsche Boxster. It has a number of varients. These include:

• SLK 200 Kompressor has a 1.8 litre 163bhp engine, 0-62mph 7.9 seconds, top speed of 143mph.
• SLK 350 has a new 3.5 litre (3498cc) 272bhp V6 engine, 0-62mph 5.5 seconds, top speed 155mph.
• SLK 55 AMG has a 5.5 litre (5439) 360bhp V8 engine, 0-62mph 4.9 seconds, top speed 155mph.
