Meatotomy

From TheBestLinks.com

Meatotomy is a form of penile modification in which the underside of the glans is split. The procedure may be performed by a doctor to alleviate urethral stricture, or by a body modification practitoner for the purpose of sexual pleasure. A greater sensation may be achieved when in contact with the urethra, due to the abundance of nerves.

The procedure is generally quick, involves little pain with most methods, and rarely bleeds much.

A meatotomy may be extended to subincision or genital bisection.
