Jacobellis v. Ohio

From TheBestLinks.com

Jacobellis v. Ohio, 378 U.S. 184 (1964) was a United States Supreme Court decision delivered in 1964, most known for justice Potter Stewart's short concurring opinion in which he wrote: I know it [ie hard-core pornography which is not protected under First Amendment] when I see it[.] (Actually his full sentence was: But I know it when I see it, and the motion picture involved in this case is not that.)
