John D. Roberts is a television journalist for CBS.
Born in Toronto, Ontario, Roberts worked for many years in Canadian media before joining CBS in 1995. He was the cohost with Pamela Wallin of Canada AM in the early 1990s, and also worked as a reporter and anchor with Citytv and as a VJ with MuchMusic. In his Canadian media career, he was known as J.D. Roberts.
