The Sikorsky H-92 Superhawk is the military version of the Sikorsky S-92 helicopter. It inherits technology from the older Blackhawk and was unveiled at the 2003 Paris Air Show.
The Canadian Armed Forces have ordered this helicopter to replace their aging Seakings. In Canadian service, it is to be designated the CH-148 Cyclone Other customers are expected to the US Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.
