Evil Atheist Conspiracy

From TheBestLinks.com

The Evil Atheist Conspiracy is a fictitious usenet organization commonly known by its three-letter acronym: EAC

The EAC started out as a joke on the *.atheism Usenet newsgroups when fundamentalist Christians started talking about how atheists were conspiring to take over the world. World domination by atheists would be achieved by forcing "godless" ideologies on them (i.e. evolution, separation of church and state, humanism and sometimes even sciences like biology or physics). According to the atheists, trying to point out to the fundamentalists that there is no such conspiracy was a complete waste of time. Instead, some chose to parody the fundamentalists' claim by starting the EAC.

A quick search with an Internet search engine will get you to many sites that discuss the EAC and offer a possibility to become a member. If you wish to become member, please bear in mind that it is only a parody. Any person (atheist or not) bent on actual world domination would better look elsewhere for co-conspirators.

Note: EAC is also a company selling industrial batteries. There is no link between the Evil Atheist Conspiracy and this company.
