Cacotopia

From TheBestLinks.com

Cacotopia, a word coined by Jeremy Bentham in 1818 and also used by his associate, John Stuart Mill, who coined the more successful synonym, dystopia.

The prefix caco- means "the worst", but also has scatological overtones (not to be confused with "eschatological").

Perhaps Alfred Jarry's Ubu Roi (translated as King Turd) should be considered a cacotopia, given the nature of the the king's rule and the scatological title.
