CATastrophie was a main villain in the short-lived TV show Spy Dogs. Ironically, despite having this formidable title, he only appears in three episodes.
CATastrophie had a fondness for his tail until after he robbed a bank early in life. Escaping police dogs, he went into a rocking chair factory that pulled his tail off. It was replaced with a mechanical tail that has multiple functions,such as a chopper, but he still harbours a prejudice against dogs.
His crimes are contaminating food, stealing an Egyptian artifact that summons the gods, & attempting to cheat the famed Iditarod with his dumb oaf of an assistant. All end in failures & but he manages to escape, excluding the last crime.
