Bootlegger

From TheBestLinks.com

A bootlegger is someone who sells an illegally manufactured product.

During the Prohibition Era, most "bootleggers" were those who sold alcohol. Nowadays, we often think of bootleggers as those who sell objects such as watches, pirated movies, and CDs.
