Bombur

From TheBestLinks.com

Bombur is a fictional character in The Hobbit by J. R. R. Tolkien.

He is a very fat Dwarf accompanying Thorin and Bilbo Baggins on their journey. Bombur is one of the most foolish dwarves amongst all of Thorin's companions. He is always complaining of hunger, and his gluttony is a factor in the Dwarves' capture by the Elves of King Thranduil.

In The Lord of the Rings, many years later, Frodo Baggins inquires after Bombur and learns that he has grown so fat it takes six Dwarves to lift him.
