Battlefleet Gothic is a tabletop minatures game based in Games Workshop's Warhammer 40,000 Universe. Players select spaceships from a variety of fleets up to an agreed points value and these are represented by 2-10cm long models. They then manouvre them according to the ships' movement abilities and roll dice to determine hits according to the specified shooting abilities.
The game is supported by Games Workshop's specialist games division, who periodically release new rules for the game through Fanatic Magazine.
