Pascal Affi N'Guessan (b. 1953) was the Prime Minister of Côte d'Ivoire from 27 October 2000 to 10 February 2003. He was appointed by Laurent Gbagbo, the President of Côte d'Ivoire. Before this, he was the Minister of Industry and Tourism. N'Guessan is a member of the Ivorian Popular Front (FPI) party.
