I am a single mother of two teenage daughters and we live in Macedonia,the former Republic of Yugoslavia.I have been divorced for 7 years and I raise my children on my own.Since the Law in my country after divorce does not give any priorities to the single parent who is given child`s custody, I practically was left on my own with my children, being forced to abandon the flat where we lived and which was bought during marriage.I must note that my ex-husband was a heavy alcohol addict.I therefore would be pleased if someone could help me in giving information on how to solve our problem regarding permanent accomodation.

I watched the "Lets see if we can blow up the gas tank gag" tracer bullets are marked with a red tip, its only paint, the trace comes from a compound in the base of the bullet that is why they are lighter than normal bullets.I know this because I am in the military and I do a lot of target shooting sometimes with tracer bullets, and I also reload my own ammo. Just for your info: Bullet tips are dipped to signify there special purpose, i.e. A/P is tipped black. Plain or copper colored is standard ball (fmj).

My friend Gustovo Rosania Schneider, for whom I have posted some Anti-Big Bang theories, suggests I refer to the May 2/06 Scientific American article by which it mention “Physicists re-created the liquid Stuff of the Earliest Universe, the Quark Soup. Is interesting to know that this soup has the function of creating protons and neutrons, while neutrons that constitute more than fifty percent of all the mass in the actual universe has had no function assigned at all according to actual physics theories.
The 41 year unsuccessful chase of the quarks has been and is a waste of time while no time and money has been dedicated to inquire the what fore, why and where fore of the excess neutrons in the nuclei of atoms, nor the important cosmological purpose of the Beta Decay phenomenon. Rosania’s suggestions in the following script:
IN SEARCH OF A SYNTHESIS FOR INERT MATTER
Abstract
Many scientists and laymen-alike are against magic Big-Bang theory but no one tries to propose alternate solutions to the existence of materiality. Rosania-Schneider offers a viable philosophical model with the available Real particles.
Surprisingly, contemporary science tries to unravel the secrets of Materiality and the inner structure of atoms by starting with magic (virtual) astrophysics particles.
In his book he starts from the opposite direction by carefully studying existing nuclear particles, protons, neutrons, electrons, discovering use to neutrinos and positrons e+ that have been found within the nucleus; he assigns use to the beta decay of neutrons as proof for cosmic rays being used in Universe regeneration.
He puts together philosophically what he has named a:
UNIVERSAL LAW OF MATERIALITY
.
Introduction
We can ask the scientific community the following questions:
1. What is the reason for positrons e+ in the nucleus of atoms? Can the electron e- change to positron at room temperatures in laboratories and not in the nucleus of supernova? If electrons are stable particles, positrons ought to be stable too.
2. What is the reason for neutrinos vËš in the nucleus of atoms?
3. What is the reason for neutrons nËš in the nucleus of atoms? We can argue that only protons p+ and strong force would make the nucleus stable.
4. Therefore, what function has the neutron in the nucleus?
5. What other function has the neutron?
6. Why should a neutron proceed to a beta decay when outside of the nucleus? What is the reason for this decay? Why shouldn't the neutron remain permanently stable, with the same permanence that the proton has?
7. Why should the neutron proceed to a beta decay producing a proton, electron and neutrino and not other particles belonging to the zoo of particles?
8. Why....... the existence of cosmic rays? What is the reason for the existence of cosmic rays? Are they a sort of celestial trash?
9. Big Bang theory. Why is it a magical theory? Or is it a proven cognitive theory?
10. What is the really existing condition that according to Big Bang supporters, gives a strong validity to such a proposition?
11. What other condition exists in the universal design that gives real physical support to an alternate theory using the same arguments and phenomena that are mistakenly used by Bing Bang supporters?
12. The stable elements in the Periodic Table of the Elements are only 82. Why not 200,300, 1500? Or in opposite case, why not only 11, 12....15?
13. Why are gamma rays being ejected from radioactive elements?
14. Why are there an excess of neutrons in the nucleus of the more massive elements?(Fig 4). Why the neutrons do not increase in quantities equal to protons. Is there a reason for this?
15. What are quasars?
The previous fifteen questions are simple, common, plain, straightforward questions dealing with actual physical particles and actual physical phenomena. There is no mention of singularities, quarks, virtual particles, or other perplexing, confounding words of fabricated conditions taking us back to the times of the Earth centered Universe.
All advances in science have been obtained through the senses, therefore, advances are proven cognitive, discernible propositions. With mathematics we can invent any kind of virtual, magical, nonexistent conditions. Example: A singularity of infinite energy or strong and weak virtual nuclear forces; or circular orbits, or any conceivable mystic condition.
The author by carefully studying and analyzing existing atomic particles, electrons, protons, neutrons, positrons and neutrinos, in this essay presents to the world community of science an alternate model that takes into account the interrelation of these known real atomic elements.
Let's work our way through the contrived magic virtual particles of present models to the author's new proposed Philosophical Model with Available Known Real Particles and the reasons for their interactions.
Models are proposed and exposed to be pondered upon , studied, analyzed , find their pros and cons; find and propose experiments to prove them or be unproven . Let scientists do that...............
1. The synthesis of living matter is discovered.
For the surprise of all, contemporary science solved the problem of living matter through studies and experiments advanced by scientists Cricks and Watson by summarizing all live matter as secondary variants of the same molecule, DNA, as a result of mutations that gradually and in an inflexible and mysterious way are channeled towards the creation of every time more complex and perfect organisms.
The infinite variety of organisms - live matter - from a single molecule, DNA, that represented the synthesis of living matter, and the existence of an infinite number of elements and chemical compounds corresponding to different combinations of only three particles to form those atoms, protons, neutrons and electrons, representing the synthesis of inert matter induced me to propose what I describe as The Universal Law of Materiality which I defined thus:
2. Statement of the Law of Materiality as the result of synthesis. ALL CREATIVE AND/OR EVOLUTIONARY PROCESS UP TO ARRIVING TO THE PRESENT EVOLUTIONARY STATE OF THE HUMAN BRAIN, IS THE ORGANIZED SEQUENCE OF A SERIES OF LINKS IN A CHAIN OF SYNTHESIS PROCESSES.
lmmediately, and honoring the proposed law, we can simplify it concisely by asserting that in materiality, in all its variability, all is synthesis.
3. In the search of a synthesis for inert matter. Inexistence of anti - matter worlds.>
What is the cosmologic importance of the neutron and the neutrino? If the neutron is stable during thousands of millions years while constituting essential part of the nucleus of atoms, once outside the nucleus, disintegrates in approximately twelve minutes, in the phenomenon that is called beta decay. This beta decay results in the division of the neutron into two particles, one of them turns out to be a proton (positive) and the other turns out to be an electron (negative) with the particularity that the rebound of the proton and the electron is not in a straight line in opposed directions as it should be, but at an angle. See figure, 1. Detailed studies of the beta decay phenomenon by Enrico Fermi (1901-1954) made him confirm the existence of a third invisible, additional particle in this beta decay -particle initially proposed lightly by Wolfgang Pauli - to which Fermi gave the Italian name neutrino, meaning small neutron.
But in physics another problem existed. How is It possible that the proton with a positive charge of equal intensity to the negative charge of the electron is 1836 times more massive?
Besides, what functions can we assign to neutrinos in the nucleus of atoms? Does It have some important function there or is It trash within the nucleus? I am referring to the phenomenon of beta decay and the presence of a neutrino in this decay.
Again. What function can we assign to positrons - positive electron or e+ - in the nucleus of atoms? Refer to the experiment performed by husband and wife Joliot - Curie with the artificial radioactivity of the element phosphorus 30 (Juliot-Curie 1934) and the discovery of Carl David Anderson with cosmic rays and positrons found there.(Anderson 1932). ls perhaps the positron some kind of trash in the nucleus of atoms? Being the electron a stable elementary particle, can an electron change to a positron and vice versa with the pressures and environmental temperatures in the laboratory? ?
This philosophical analysis made me realize that presently no given functions had been assigned to positrons and neutrinos in spite of the fact that both particles have been found as parts in the nucleus of all atoms. In addition, if the nucleus is a structure that must remain stable in the highest pressures and temperatures existing in the center of supernovas, and due also to its extremely small size, nothing should be there as missing, neither that which is over above strict requirement, or being in excess of a required minimum.
4. Projection of synthesis to organize and produce a logical answer to the swarm of particles.
Previous analysis made me think that it was clearly possible to model the proton with the available particles, as the result of concentric electron - positron shells separated by the electromagnetic structure of neutrinos thereby originating the synthesis of the proton and therefore, of all Materiality in all its manifestations as caused by electrons and its mirror image, positrons ,and the unique structure of the neutrino.
The Mass of Neutrinos as a Result of the Proton consisting of Electron-Positron Shells.
The Penguin Dictionary of Physics in its third edition, year 2000, gives the following information.
Electron: Mass equal to 0.5110034 MeV/c². Page 129
Proton: Mass equal to 938.2796 MeV/c². Page 337
The neutrino mass can be established if we refer to Rosania's model of the proton consisting of concentric electron-positron shells, the mass of 918 electrons and 918 positrons of equal mass will give us a partial proton mass of:
1,836 x 0.5110034 MeV/c² = 938.2022424 MeV/c²
Then, Proton mass = 938.2796000 MeV/c² minus 1,836
electron-positron mass = 938.2022424 MeV/c², results in
Neutrino Total mass = 0.0773576 MeV/c² (1835 neutrinos)
The internal structure of the proton is derived from the logical analysis of the beta decay.
The positron is here proposed as a stable elementary particle inside the atomic nucleus since its structure is equal and opposing the electron structure.
The stable structure of the neutrino separating the electron-positron shells gives a stabilizing function to this particle as proposed by Rosania's model of the internal structure of the proton and neutron.. Therefore, the mass of the neutrino will be the excess mass of the proton, 0.0773576 MeV/c², divided by 1835 parts resulting in a 0.000042156 MeV/c² for each neutrino mass.
Mass of neutrino according to Soviet team measurements, (some 10,000 times smaller than the electron mass), neutrino, Penguin Dictionary of Physics, 2000, page 292, equal 0.5110034 divided by 10000 = 0.0000511 MeV/c², result that is fairly close to the result 0.0000422 MeV/c² obtained by applying the proposed Rosania's model of the proton.
A twenty percent (20%) error in the Soviet's experimental result is permissible due to the size and mass of the particle investigated.
This analysis confirms proton contain 1835 neutrinos.
Several kinds of neutrinos do not exist, only one kind is required. This design of the proton is in agreement with the law of Materiality that I have proposed and it fits with experimental results - beta decay - and nuclear particles. But such structure cannot be the result of a Big - Bang since it is an exquisitely organized structure whose conformation resembles the decay of the neutron when both particles, electron and neutrino, show that they break away at the same time and in the same direction.
Electrons and neutrinos are not intelligent particles to do such remarkable act. With this model of the proton and neutron all other particles with greater or smaller mass can be generated in the nucleus of supernovae or as a result of impacts among them in the galactic or extragalactic space, cosmic rays, and can be catalogued like wastes of creation, since as such inert or alive or animated, Materiality does not have any use for those unstable particles within the present theories, products of mistaken models.
5. Mistaken Model: atomic nucleus organized like a bunch of grapes.
The existence of individualized particles, protons and neutrons, in the nucleus of the atom in the form of a bunch of grapes creates the necessity of virtual particles that must generate the strong force to give stability to the nucleus, and in addition, another virtual particle is required in the structure of radioactive elements corresponding to the weak force so that such model must contemplate in the original nucleus of the element U238 the amount of ten (10) strong forces and fourteen (14) weak forces until turning it into the Pb206 element, something which is absurd and illogical.

6. Big - Bang, big blunder? A Third Force at the limit of material Universe proposed by author attracts neutrons and rejects protons, electrons and neutrinos.
Gustavo Rosania presents an original philosophical mechanism to give a logical explanation to this phenomenon by considering that the transformation of each initial pregalactic globula made up of 100% protons and electrons (H molecules) are fused into the heavier elements with progressively greater number of neutrons in excess of protons, condition that increases the velocity of recession toward the limit of 300.000 km/sec. and even before reaching this velocity, nuclei of the different elements start to disintegrate by rejecting protons and electrons first, leaving only neutrons that in a period of time (932 seconds mean life) are separated into its constituent parts, protons, electrons and neutrinos in the process of beta decay and returned to the "center' to start all over again. This is the reason for the existence of cosmic rays, important part in the continuous process of destruction and regeneration of the Material Universe.

7. Gustavo Rosania gives important functions to positrons and neutrinos in the nucleus of atoms. In contemporary physics, there is no use for these particles, neither for the existence of cosmic rays. Small percentage of helium ions in cosmic rays come from supernova explosion.
In addition, Rosania questions contemporary physics when it assigns to protons, electrons and virtual strong and weak force particles diverse functions in the nucleus of atoms and remains indifferent in relation to real neutrons, neutrinos and positrons that are within the nucleus. In his proposal on the internal structure of nucleons Gustavo Rosania gives an important function to these three particles by adjusting the internal structure to the Universal Law of Materiality discovered by him. The key questions that must be asked to present physics are the following:
A. lf for each neutron in the Universe a neutrino exists, what function has that neutrino in the nucleus of all atoms? ls it trash within the nucleus? Or does it have a specific function there?
B. When discovering the artificial radioactivity with the element phosphorus 30, scientists Joliot- Curie were able to see and take note of the presence of a positive electron e+ radiation. My question is: what are those positrons doing in the nucleus? What functions have positrons in the nucleus, or are they trash within the nucleus? lf electrons are stable particles, can the electron change to positron in the environmental temperatures of the laboratory? ?
C. How is it that an unstable particle, the neutron, generates, procreates, three stable particles, proton, electron and neutrino? The logical process of reasoning is to establish that those three stable particles are the ones that make up the unstable particle, the neutron.
D. What is the function of the neutron in the nucleus of atoms? My opinion. The internal structure of the nucleus of all atoms and its constituent particles must be perfectly and efficiently designed to guarantee its stability for thousands of millions of years. Nothing must exist there that is surplus, that it is in excess, or that is missing. Then, what are positrons and neutrinos doing there? According to my personal concept, nature is extremely efficient in everything it does. As examples we can take the immensity of functions that are developed by our brain in so little volume of matter; or the complexity of functions of a cell or in extreme cases, of the DNA molecule. Presently, physics assures that nature is regulated by four fundamental forces one of which is the strong force in the nucleus of all atoms. But a nucleus having only protons and the strong force would be sufficient to stabilize the nucleus. Then, what for the existence of neutrons? According to my concept, the existence of the neutron and strong force in the nucleus represents a duplication of functions not permissible in an extremely efficient nature. It is possible to be considered, according to my neutron model, that its outer electron - see figure - provides within the nucleus the function of the strong force since it is a movable electron as it is demonstrated in the disintegration of U238 where each atom releases six (6) electrons in the form of beta rays.
8. Neutron's Beta Decay As Proof For Cosmic Rays Being Used In The Universe Regeneration
I will proceed with the analysis of the nucleus of the atoms, pages 143 to 145 and page 132 in my book "De Paso por la Vida...En su Circulo Vicioso", investigating and amplifying what are functions of the neutron in the nucleus of all atoms.
In the aforementioned pages, I start the analysis by considering that a nucleus of only protons and the strong force would create the stability of all the nuclei in all the elements.
In the same analysis I proceeded to mention that neutrons and strong force create a duplication of functions in the nucleus, condition that was not permissible due to the size of the nucleus. Duplication since protons and strong force alone creates the required stability. Nevertheless, there are neutrons in all atoms and the question that is originated from this fact is the following: what are neutrons doing in the nucleus? What is the function of the neutron in the nucleus of all atoms?
The neutron is necessary to resolve what is known in physics and chemistry and named the atomic weight. We can assent that this answer is partially correct since the atomic weight is a property of the element, not a function of the neutron in the nuclei of atoms. At the present time, neither in chemistry nor in physics we find some indication of a philosophical analysis related to posible function or functions connected to the presence of neutrons in the nucleus of all atoms. I believe there are two functions that can be assigned to its presence, besides creating the stability to the nucleus.
First additional function. Neutrons are designed and required so that the stable elements in the periodic table would reach a predetermined and required limit. Having protons and strong force would create in supernovas an infinite number of elements beyond element 106, 107...150, 151, etcetera, all stable. Life in our planet requires about 23 to 25 stable elements that were assembled by chance in the first DNA molecule, positive and negative ions that were carried and mixed by the primeval oceans. But an ocean with infinite number of ions in solution would make the possibility of assembling of a DNA molecule almost impossibility.
We can determine this function of neutrons by observing the half-lives of known transuranic elements. This limit is fixed by a function that can be assigned only to neutrons.

Second additional function. I propose that the neutron is designed as a particle that can generate beta decay for some special and important reason. The neutron is a stable particle when serving as a necessary part of the nucleus of all atoms. But having the decaying in 932 seconds when outside of the nucleus is a property of utmost importance if we relate this property to my proposal of an alternate theory of the universal existence in opposition to the magical Big Bang theory. A limiting surface attracting neutrons and rejecting protons, electrons and neutrinos, would reject protons and electrons first, leaving the neutrons in the nucleus free to proceed to beta decay and returning the stable products of this decay - protons, electrons and neutrinos - to the "center" of the Universe. This is the reason for existing cosmic rays, important part in the renovation of material universe, through the quasar phenomenon. (Fig. 6.)
The Universe, as I see it, is a perfectly designed mechanism, is an extraordinary work of art. Since according with my proposal, it is a close thermodynamic system, the existence of the cosmic background radiation is easily explained by the continuous process of destruction and regeneration in the closed thermodynamic system.
As I said in my book, the analysis of the physical phenomena is best resolved by creating a model and to investigate if the created model is in harmony with the observed phenomenon or phenomena, if it is in harmony with the physical observable facts.
My alternate model for the recession of the galactic system is in harmony and resolves,
A. The reason for the different results in the experiments related to gravitational forces on Earth;(National Geographic, vol. 175 No. 5 May 1989). Author’s answer, see Fig. 5.
B. Gives important functions to cosmic rays in the regeneration of the material Universe; at this moment no use of any kind given to cosmic rays;
C. Gives an important function to the beta decay of the neutrons as a support for the existence of limiting surface whose function is attracting neutrons and rejecting the stable products of its decay; no neutrons found in cosmic rays expressly because, and for a continuous process of creation;
D. Gives a limiting function to the neutron in the number of stable elements that are produced in the extremely chaotic reactions in the evolution of supernovas. Therefore, life can be considered as an important part in the universal design;
E. Being the Universe a closed system of automatic destruction and regeneration, the energy expended in this continuous process explains easily what has been observed and named the cosmic background radiation, since this system is a closed thermodynamic system. Presently exists a complete ignorance about the Universe being a close or an open system, therefore not relating cosmic background radiation as a result of the closed system I propose, and instead trying to support magic Big Bang with this remnant of supposedly primitive explosion.
F. Since repulsive forces are acting on the atoms of matter, this repulsive force is in some way relate to gravitational forces.
G. Gives a supporting prove for the reason in the increasing number of excess neutrons (Fig. 4.) in the nucleus of the stable elements to produce the recession of the galactic system. (Fig. 5)and (Fig. 6)
H. The neutrino's mass calculated by Soviet Team measurements (neutrino, Penguin Dictionary of Physics, 2000, 292) being 0.0000511 MeV/c² comes fairly close to 0.0000422 MeV/c² resulting from Rosania's concentric shell model of the proton, holding 1835 neutrinos. Twenty (20) percent difference permissible due to neutrino's mass and size.
I. The positron as proposed by Rosania is a stable elementary particle.
J. Rosania's Universe is a closed thermodynamic system in which galactic units (galactic Cells in the Universal Organism as he names them in his book) occupy from 1.0 to 10 percent of universal volume. Percentage is an approximation since no calculations are available.
Missing inter-galactic mass is mostly composed by H (p+ e-) particles and neutrinos v° occupying the dark inter-galactic 90 to 99 percent of universal volume as dark matter of returning H particles toward the "center" of the Universe.
A greater density of these H particles retained by gravitational forces in each intra-galactic dark space, in which we also find dark matter in the form of meteors, metoerites and asteroids.
Therefore, H particles permeates the whole one hundred percent of universal volume constituting an immense mass of dark matter with increasing densities going from the "limits" to the "center" of the Universe. H particles constitute most of dark matter mass not accounted for due to wrong Big Bang theory fossilized in the minds of contemporary scientific community.
K.. As galactic units come closer to the "limit" of the Universe, Third Force increases proportionally, canceling gravitational forces gradually in the same proportion, the nuclei of atoms disintegrate, and neutrons are free to proceed to beta decay, returning the resulting products, p+, e- and neutrinos v° to the "center" of Universe. This condition correlates with quasar phenomenon. (Fig.6).

<>9. Conclusions.
The theory of Big - Bang starts with a magical particle whose initial energy procreates intermediate particles, quarks. Neither the initial particle nor the intermediate ones have been found as the result of experiments. Virtual particles that correspond to strong and weak forces in the nucleus are the result of conjectured magical mathematics based on a wrong model of the nucleus repeating the same mistake when planetary orbits were believed to be circular. Disintegration of U238 is incompatible with strong force - weak force theories. In my book "Passing Through Life ... In its Vicious Circle" I propose alternate models without the use of magic particles. I give answers to what has been called the zoo of particles which in today's physics is one of the great unknown. In addition, I give functions to cosmic rays in the regeneration of the material Universe, through the quasar phenomenon.(fig.6)
By means of the Universal Law of Materiality I propose that all Materiality is the result of two single basic structures: the electromagnetic structure of the electron and its antistructure, the positron, and the structure of the neutrino, assembled in concentric shells until the mass of the proton is obtained. This model is in agreement with the proposed model for beta decay, only way in which both particles, electron and neutrino can depart from neutron at the same time and in the same direction as it has been observed in experiments.

Tribulations with non-accredited schools
Some of these violators have been awarding diplomas and degrees for decades. Courts that have shut them down have cited problems like:
• Too few qualified faculty members to maintain the number of students or level of education
• Too much credit given for previous life and work experience without properly determining the actual level of knowledge
• Not having course objectives
• Awarding Ph.Ds to students who haven't performed the type of research and analysis typically required of such a degree
Basically, the problem relates to the schools having substandard requirements for earned degree essays. Some programs even allow students to earn master's or doctoral degrees without having first earned a bachelor's degree.

Your show is one of the few that actually make me LOL. However, I'm disappointed in your closemindedness about the events of 911. In lieu of the way this admin. has lied about everything thusfar, simply put, how can you put anything past them. There are some highly intelligent people who aren't buying the government's version. Are they all idiots? If engineering professionals are questioning the convenience in which those buildings came down, I think they have the credentials to state an opinion without being called derogitory names.

I umpired a Babe Ruth ( 14-15 year olds) baseball game the other night, here's my sitituation. One out, runners at first and second. Runner at second has a good lead, pitcher turns, throws to second base, runner trying to get back to second, runs into shorstop standing in base line. Pitcher throws ball wildly and balls ends up in center field, coach yells at kid to come to third then, centerfielder throws ball too third,I call runner out. Third base coach calls obstruction on the shortstop, (upon further review i agree with him)thinking it was the right call and award the runner third base, man on first, just stayed where he was at. Being able to really review it now that the game is over, what should have been the right call?
